Alright guys, bit of a dilemma. My bmw REFUSES to warm up fully. It only gets about half way before stopping. I have narrowed it down 2 possible reasons. One, too much coolant in the system and need drain therefore will heat other way. And two, previous owner must've installed cold air intake now air. Any help would be appreciated! 7
