Well I suppose you could try to make a case in court, but since the states havent certified their elections, it might be difficult estsblish standing. After certification, have standing unfortunately court cannot overrule an act of legislature. You potentially gather slate alternate electors, Congress is under no obligation accept them. At that point you'd probably appeal Supreme Court, that's tough they dont want business deciding elections. Then all left really good old fashioned right assembly for redress grievances, ie march.
